Return And Exchange Policies
1. For the purchases that made both in-store and online, you can return to your local store or by post within 7 days of purchase.
2. We only receive the return clothing when it is damages during the delivery or wrongly send the order to customers. Only the clothes that is in a new and original condition, original product packing with the original price tag and label can be accepted for return.
3. The request for return and exchange of items is not being accepted if it is your individual reasons such as wrongly purchasing and the pricing issues.
4. If there is a wrong delivery, we will try to give a replacement or process the funds to the customer in the shortest time. Refunds are credited back to customer’s Visa, MasterCard or credit / debit cards. In-store purchase are not allow to refund.
5. We will bear the shipping fee when the error is made by our company, such as the wrong item was sent to the customer.
6. Although the conditions above are met, we do reserve the right that do not allow to return, refund, or exchange of the product.
