1. The minimum age for online shopping at QxL Clothing Store is 18 years old.

 

2. Upon online payment success, kindly email us at andreachin57@gmail.com with the following details :

a. Your name and delivery address.

b. Your order number.

c. Payment date and time.

d. Transaction reference number.

 

3. After online payment received by us, you will be notified via email within 24 hours upon completion of order confirmation.

 

4. Before you have completed your payment information you will enter a screen with your order overview. Please check all the information on this page, since this is your last chance to correct it. After hitting "Confirm Order", your order will be processed and sent to the warehouse. The order is unchangeable. If you need to change, please contact our customer service.

 

5. Cash on delivery available and the max cart value RM200. 

6. If choosing online order and pickup at shop must show the payment detail such as customer name and order number. After 5 working days, if you don’t contact us, we will not keep your order.

 

7. If customer payment method is rejected, you may have entered the wrong information, or there are other problems on the card, such as expired or insufficient funds. Please try a new payment method and for more information, please contact your financial institution if you continue and your payment is experiencing difficulties. Please note that to ensure the safety of your data, your debit or credit card data will not be stored on our systems.

 

8. The official receipt will be attached along with the product in the parcel. However, if you did not receive the receipt for the product, please contact us immediately.

 

9. After the product have been delivered to the buyer (we will check with product tracking system), if the product is damaged and received wrong product, we will prior choice exchange the goods to customer. If the customer strongly requests a refund, we also accept refund requests.
