i.    You may exchange your item at our physical store depend on item available. There is no refund allowed in our company. For online purchase, you must fill out a return form before you claim for a return, or exchange of goods at our physical store.

ii.    If the price of exchange item is lower, we will not refund the difference.

iii.    Remember to bring your receipt when asking for the exchange of goods.
